It is unlawful for anyone under the age of 21 to purchase, use or possess any tobacco product or electronic smoking device. Any tobacco product or electronic smoking device found in a student's possession is a violation of HAR-Charper 19 and shall be seized by school administration and forfeited to law enforcement. bit.ly/HARChap19
