Mauliola Pharmacy will be offering free COVID-19 testing at the J.W. Cameron Center in Wailuku 7 days a week. Please use this link to register for an appointment and to see their operating hours.

JAN. 13.22- PKES On-Campus COVID Testing
Our school will offer free COVID Rapid-Antigen testing starting Friday, 1/14/22 from 2:30-4:00 in the playcourt for Pu'u Kukui students and staff only. Online registration must be completed by 7:00pm the day before testing. This is not a drive-thru test; please park in the cafeteria parking lot and walk your child to our playcourt to get tested. Remember to wear your mask while on campus. Please register at https://alohaclear.com or use this QR Code before arriving for your test. If you are unable to register online, print this registration form and bring it with you (paper registration will allow you to be tested the following week). For more information, please click here.

Oct. 8, 2021-TRAVEL POLICY/COVID-TEST RETURN TO SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS
RETURN FROM TRAVEL TO MAINLAND :
If your child/children will be traveling to the mainland anytime this school year, these are the requirements in order for your child/children to be cleared to return to campus since all of our students are unvaccinated (effective 10.8.21 until further notice):
1. Obtain your child/children's PRE-TRAVEL negative COVID test result - COVID test must be taken from a trusted travel partner no more than 72 hours prior to the final leg of your trip. An at-home COVID test will not suffice.
2. Obtain your child/children's POST-TRAVEL negative COVID test result - must be taken by a testing facility upon arrival on Maui. An at-home COVID test will not suffice.
3. Submit BOTH the PRE-TRAVEL and POST-TRAVEL hardcopy negative COVID test results to VP Tanaka at kimberly.tanaka@k12.hi.us
***Note: Without the PRE-TRAVEL AND POST-TRAVEL hardcopy negative COVID test results, your child/children will need to quarantine for 10 days in order to be cleared to return to campus.

PKES is no longer providing Drive-Thru Testing (1/4/22)
Our partnership with Mauliola Pharmacy, who provided Drive-Thru COVID testing on our campus has ended. We encourage you to visit alohaclear.com for other DOE or DOH testing locations should you need to have your child tested for COVID. We will let you know should Mauliola Pharmacy is able to start Drive-Thru testing again in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
